These terms govern your use of FilingGrid, a Chrome extension and related service operated by FilingGrid. By using FilingGrid, you agree to these terms.
Service description
FilingGrid is a focused workflow utility that helps users export financial tables from supported finance pages into Google Sheets or CSV. Supported sources may change over time as we improve reliability and reduce maintenance burden.
Accounts
You may need to sign in with Google to use core product workflows, including account-linked exports and billing management. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account you use with FilingGrid.
Pricing and billing
- The public plans are Free, Pro Monthly, and Pro Annual.
- The Free plan includes 5 exports per month.
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe using hosted checkout.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.
- Legacy internal plan names may continue to exist for compatibility, but they are not part of the public pricing presentation.
Supported use
You agree not to misuse FilingGrid, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of supported third-party platforms.
Availability and limitations
FilingGrid depends on third-party websites, Google services, Stripe, and hosting infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every supported site or table will always export perfectly, and we may change or remove support for sources that create excessive maintenance, legal, or review risk.

Limitation of liability
