Terms of service

Last updated: March 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of FilingGrid, a Chrome extension and related service operated by FilingGrid. By using FilingGrid, you agree to these terms.

Service description

FilingGrid is a focused workflow utility that helps users export financial tables from supported finance pages into Google Sheets or CSV. Supported sources may change over time as we improve reliability and reduce maintenance burden.

Accounts

You may need to sign in with Google to use core product workflows, including account-linked exports and billing management. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google account you use with FilingGrid.

Pricing and billing

Supported use

You agree not to misuse FilingGrid, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of supported third-party platforms.

Availability and limitations

FilingGrid depends on third-party websites, Google services, Stripe, and hosting infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every supported site or table will always export perfectly, and we may change or remove support for sources that create excessive maintenance, legal, or review risk.

Disclaimers

FilingGrid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. It is a workflow utility, not investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a substitute for your own review of source documents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilingGrid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FilingGrid.

Changes

We may update FilingGrid, its pricing, and these terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the updated terms.
